Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange?
While we want people to love what we're making, we totally understand if things don't always work out. Please reach out to info@effortlesssupplies.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return, and we'll take care of the rest. We do not have the capabilities to process exchanges.
What’s your return policy?
Reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order and we'd be happy to help you out with a return! Please include your order number and send an email to info@effortlesssupplies.com.
You'll be refunded the full price you paid when checking out, minus original shipping charges. Refund inquiries must be sent through email.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.
I purchased something on sale - can I return it?
All sale items and items purchased using discount code during a sale are final and non-refundable. .
I put the wrong address on my order. Can I redirect my package?
As the sender, we are unable to waive the signature requirement once your order has already shipped. As the recipient, you can sometimes change the delivery instructions directly on the website of the shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Depending on the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), the delivery driver will usually make more than one attempt to deliver your package. If your package is not delivered, it may be sent to a nearby pickup location. If your order is not claimed, it will eventually be returned to our warehouse. If your order is returned to our warehouse, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend your order.
Refused Shipments or Undeliverable Packages
Refused shipments, undelivered packages due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), or failure to accept delivery will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the customer remains responsible for all shipping charges and applicable restocking or reshipment fees. If a package is returned to us, we may re-ship the order at the customer’s expense, subject to confirmation.
